What data this website collects

This website has no forms, requires no registration and uses no analytics or advertising. You do not need to provide any personal data to browse it.

Like any web server, the server hosting this site automatically and temporarily logs technical data about each visit (IP address, date and time, page requested and browser) for its operation and security. These logs are not used to identify anyone and are not shared with third parties.

If you email or call us

If you contact the workshop by email or telephone, we will use the details you give us (name, telephone, email and what you tell us) only to deal with your enquiry or repair. The legal basis is your consent when you contact us and, when you leave an instrument or make a purchase, the business relationship.

We keep them for as long as needed to serve you and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, tax law). They are not shared with third parties unless required by law.

Map

The page may show a map with the workshop's location. Its images are loaded from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your browser's IP address in order to send them, as happens when any image from another website is loaded.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability by writing to info@mitallermusical.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
